We are keen to ensure we have the most up-to-date information for all our parents. If your details change, or your child’s medical information changes, please download the Child Record Form below, complete the section with the changes and email it to school or drop it into the office.

Communications are sent in a variety of ways to our parents.  We are trying to go paperless to help our environment, so unless parents and carers indicate otherwise, we email a copy of our letters and newsletters to them via ScholarPack, along with a direct link to their location on our website. We regularly use a texting facility for short informative messages and these will be sent to contact 1 and 2, taken from your completed Child Record Form, unless you inform the office of a different preference.
